Everyone loves their Shyla Moon and I want you to as well! So if you're not satisfied with your piece, please contact me via email: email@example.com within 10 days of receipt of goods. Please keep in mind that each piece is custom made by hand, so is one of a kind and cannot be resold.
Any worn, used or custom made items are non-returnable. But if there is an issue with your custom piece, please contact me ASAP so we can make it right!
Items are custom made so items will ship out in roughly 3-5 business days.
Please be patient during this time of covid-19 in shipping times. If more than 15 days have passed since you received the shipping notification, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org to review the shipping status of your order.
Items will only be tracked if Tracking is paid for by you during checkout.
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 calendar days have gone by since your order was received by you, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.

To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back without first contacting me.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable.)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to my error.
Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a shop credit will automatically be applied to your account to use on my website: shylamoon.com
I only replace items if they are defective or damaged or incorrect. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send me an email at email@example.com and I will help get the problem remedied. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return to use on www.shylamoon.com.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, I will send a refund to the original purchaser unless other arrangements have been previously made between Purchaser and Seller.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I can’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item and it's nice to have tracking abilities for packages. I cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged item during transit.
